• November 13th: LEARN TO POLKA! Join us for a couple’s Beginner POLKA lesson and dance on Friday, November 13, at LaFayette Christian School Gym, 1904 Hamilton Road in La-Grange, hosted by the Moonlight Ballroom Dance Club of La-Grange. The beginner polka lesson will be at 7:00 and the dance is from 8:00 – 10:15 p.m. Visitor couples are welcome – $20 per couple. Attire: casual. • November 13, 7:00 AM – 9:00AM: T-Shirts for Turkeys. 93.3 The JOY FM will be feeding thousands of families this holiday, and you can be part of it. SouthAtlanta’s largest and most listened-to radio station will provide a live radio event at Kroger of LaGrange. During the two-hours at each location listeners and the public are encouraged to donate a frozen turkey or a cash equivalent ($10 or more). All proceeds will remain in Troup County to benefit The Salvation Army and the Valley Rescue Mission. Every gift of a turkey or a cash equivalent receives a Joy FM T-shirt. • November 14th: Break Every Chain will be held November 14 at 6 pm in downtown on the square. There will be testimonies and live music. This is a Troup County Addiction Recovery Revival with a chain breaking ceremony and more.
