Merry Market Shopping Extravaganza features over 40 vendors from throughout the Southeast selling unique and specialty items just in time for the holidays. • 10/21/2016 3:30 pm: Little Ones Art Class! Our art class especially for younger kids is back after the summer! A group of moms in our community will lead the children (ages 2-7 years) in creating simple art projects to take home.The class is limited to 20 participants, so sign up today at the library. The Elms & Roses Garden Council of LaGrange will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Hills & Dales with a garden lecture by nationally acclaimed author and lecturer, Dr. William C. (Bill) Welch of Texas A& M on October 24, 2016 at Del’avant, 141 Main Street, LaGrange, GA. The event begins with a wine and cheese reception and plant sale with Petals from the Past, Jemison, AL at 5:30, followed by the lecture and book signing at 6:30.
