Deputies had been attempting to locate Lindsey for some time and had been conducting surveillance on areas he was known to frequent when Investigators notices his vehicle and attempted to conduct an investigative stop on the vehicle. Investigators found cash registers stolen from convenience stores that Lindsey allegedly burglaries in his possession.
