Police Looking to Identify Home Invasion Suspect

LaGrange Police are attempting to identify a man accused of robbing a woman in her own home late Friday night.

Early Saturday morning about 2:04 a.m., officers with the LaGrange Police Department responded to the 200 block of Alton Drive in reference to reports of a Home Invasion Robbery.

Officers arrived and spoke with the female victim, who advised an unknown male robbed her in her own home.

The victim explained that the male assailant kicked in her back door and then held her at gunpoint, robbing her and her home. The robber then fled the home on foot in an unknown direction.

Police did not describe the property that was taken during the armed robbery.

The suspect was described as a black male standing about 5 feet six inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and jeans.
