GA-AL AACA Returns to LaGrange for 36th Year this Upcoming Weekend

The time of year is upon us once again for engines to roar and funds to be raised for charity. For the 36th year in a row, the GAAL AACA car show will return to the LaGrange Mall on Saturday, October 14th from 9 am to 2 pm. There will be antique cars, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and so much more. The show will be a huge spectacle with all of this year’s proceeds going to two charities, St. Jude’s and Harmony House of LaGrange.

At last year’s event, there were 162 cars registered, 133 sponsors listed on the t-shirts, over $1,650 given away from the money tree, and a total amount of $864 on the 50/50 tree. The item auction raised a total $1,300. The two main charities last year were St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Heart of West Georgia. The total amount of proceeds collected totaled over $12,000. The club intends to surpass that amount again this year.

If you are looking for a great time this upcoming weekend, look no further than the LaGrange Mall and the car show, all the while supporting some incredible charities. Make sure to stop by early and join in on all of the fun.
