3/29/2018 11:00 AM Harris County Library Opening Ceremony & Dedication

The Harris County Board of Commissioners proudly announces the dedication ceremony and open house for the new Harris County Public Library to be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at 7511 GA Highway 116 in Hamilton directly adjacent to the Harris County Community Center. The new 15,000 square foot library is three times as large as the current library on North College Street and contains many amenities including an adult area, teen room, computer lab, maker space, children’s area, three small conference rooms, a business center, a Board room, a 100 seat meeting space, an outside patio area, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a book, magazine, newspaper, or an e-book.
