Mrs. Maryann Hall

Mrs. Maryann Johns Hall, age 62, of Grantville, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Hall was born December 2, 1953, daughter of the late John Floyd Johns and Lula Belle Kennedy Johns. She lived in Coweta County most of her life and was a retired customer service representative. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed meeting people and making friends. Survivors include her sons, Jeff Hall and his girlfriend Amanda Nash of Grantville, John Hall and his wife Diane of Luthersville, Greg Hall and his wife Suzanne of Grantville; her sister, Ella Mae Wadsworth of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. The funeral service was conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 27, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Pastor T.J. Boyd, Pastor Brian Hosmer and Pastor Chris Johns officiated and interment followed in the Pitts Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Friday night. Lisa Jean Colleges Stiner Lancaster

Lisa Jean Colleges Stiner Lancaster, age 50, of LaGrange, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Florence Hand Home. Memorial services was held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the chapel of Cox Funeral Home, Manchester. Rev. Bill Strandberg officiated. Lisa was born March 12, 1965, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Joan Dahlgren Colleges (Allen) and Lawrence Colleges. She was a 1983 graduate of Manchester High School and worked for a brief time at Georgia Pacific in Durand. Lisa was baptized in the Lutheran Church as a child. She enjoyed gardening and had a great love for animals taking in many strays that came her way. Lisa was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Colleges and her step-father, Larry Allen. Survivors include her son, Edward Stiner of Manchester; her mother, Joan Allen of Manchester; her father, Lawrence Colleges of San Francisco, CA; her niece and nephew, Serena Colleges and Steven Colleges both of Manchester and her life companion, Kelly Sticher of LaGrange.
