Health Inspector Comments: Ice machine deflector shield contained some mold, slicer had some particles, concentration of sanitizer not quite strong enough (New Violation) and Single serve cups not properly protected with plastic sleeves (New Violation).

Health Inspector Comments: Wet wiping cloths left on counters, not returned to sanitizer bucket (New Violation), General build up of dirt, grease and dust throughout. Accumulations behind and under equipment and racks (New Violation), and Old equipment outside collecting water, trash around dumpster, other containers have water, grease and trash mixed (New Violation).
