Republican Headquarters Opens on Church Street in LaGrange

The Republican Party of Troup County held a ribbon cutting for their new headquarters at 104 Church Street on Wednesday.

The new headquarters, Troup County Board of Commissioners Chairman Patrick Crews said, will allow for increased and smoother operations. Joining Chairman Crews at the ribbon cutting was La-Grange Mayor Jim Thornton, Troup County Sheriff James Woodruff, Commissioner Morris Jones, and LaGrange City Councilman Mark Mitchell. Morris Jones is currently up for re-election for Troup County Commissioner District 4.

Crews also noted that the Republican Party of Troup County is currently looking for volunteers. Those looking to volunteer may contact the party or stop by the headquarters at 104 Church Street. The headquarters also offers yard signs, bumper stickers, hats, and other campaign items at varying prices.
