Juveniles Charged with Entering Autos Tommy Murphy Stau Writer LaGrange Police have arrested two juveniles who allegedly entered multiple vehicles at a local apartment complex overnight on Friday. Ovcers with the La Grange Police Department were called to investigate the incident around 3 a.m. Saturday morning when a group of juveniles were spotted entering cars at the Mallard Lake Apartments Old Airport Road. When police arrived, 3-4 juveniles were seen running from the scene. Ovcers were quickly able to apprehend one of the suspects, identified as a 15-year-old juvenile. A second juvenile, age 13, was subsequently captured as he tried to enter a residence, but the other juveniles were not located. During the investigation, ovcers learned that four ju venile male subjects entered multiple vehicles in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The juveniles were later charged with five counts of Entering Auto and released to their guardians pending future juvenile court dates. Police are still looking to identify the other two suspects and this incident remains under investigation.
