The Yard on Mill Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
With 240 units, a 6,000 square foot clubhouse, and a resort-style pool, The Yard on Mill proves to be one of LaGrange’s hottest new residential developments.
Developed by Arlington Properties, The Yard on Mill held its official ribbon cutting ceremony with the Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday.
“You’re already part of our family,” LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce Chairman George Bailey said, addressing The Yard on Mill team on Wednesday. “We feel privileged to have you here in LaGrange.”
“We did a little pioneering,” developer Charles Haskett said of new complex. “It’s been a great success so far, and we hope we’re leading the way.” Haskett’s comments come after he detailed a few of The Yard’s unique amenities, including a residential clubhouse with WiFi and a pub room, a fitness center, a saltwater pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
“We look forward to being a part of the community,” Haskett added.
The Yard offers five floor plans: The Piedmont, The Marbry, The Maison, The Chateau, and The Marquis, with apartment amenities including granite countertops, walk-in showers, and included washer & dryer units, among others.
Though The Yard didn’t hold its official ribbon cutting until Wednesday, they have already played an active role in the LaGrange community.
“You already have a sponsorship here in our golf tournament,” Bailey said Wednesday.
Chamber Director of Member Engagement Leslie Traylor also acknowledged The Yard’s support of the Chamber.
“We are thrilled to work with you guys, and we look forward to your partnership with us,” she said. “As George said, you’ve already helped sponsor a business on the tee for our golf tournament, and we look forward to many more of those opportunities in 2021.”
